That up top was a no-go, due to the dividers being 5mm or less. So the interior has been redesigned as such:
Instead of 16 slots that fit one deck each, there will be 8 slots that fit two decks each. This design will play much better with their material specs.
I'm still waiting on the hard copy proofs for the sample cards- those ought to be arriving any day now! I'm gettin' antsy. The moment they're here, I'll be snapping pics and video for the next update. Hopefully everything is good to go, and we can pull the trigger on finishing the game manufacturing at last.

Dropping in a quick manufacturing update. The printers have suggested a tweak to the box design.
Our original thought was to go with something like this for the vacuum-form inlay:
16 slots that can each fit a 20 card deck. However, this would result in divider segments that are 5mm or less in width- and the production specialists have warned that this thickness would be too flimsy for their material specs. Instead we're likely going to have eight slots total, but each slot can fit two card decks. So it'll have the same storage capacity in the end, but come out more sturdy,
We ought to have the hard-copy proofs of the cards soon, I'll be sure to post an update with photos when they arrive.

Digital pre-proofing accomplished, we're now moving into the hard-proofing stage of production.
The expansion decks come packaged separately- so I figured, we need to call them something cooler than just "Expansion decks."
So Scinter and Tinsel together make the "Ruthless" Skirmish expansion! Because they certainly are.
I can hardly wait to see these puppies for real. E )

WHEW! You would not believe how many passes, how many typos, how many tweaks we made on the game materials. That rules booklet, lemme tell ya.
But it's done- all is polished to the best of our ability.
Files have been uploaded to the manufacturer, and we are officially in the proofing process! WOO!
I'll pop in when there are updates regarding proof copies, ship dates, and delivery estimates. So you will know when to expect games in your mail.
Also, check out the revamped box art! I couldn't resist adding some new drawings to it. Combined with the spot-UV printing, this thing should look beautiful.
NOTE ON BOXES: We couldn't do spot embossing after all, because the board stock we're using is too thick and durable for embossing. So it's spot-UV effects only for the box.
More updates to come- thanks for hanging in there and being patient, I can't wait to crack this puppy open and start playing. E )
